9/10 Superb.
the prompt was promising and the gameplay actually delivered. the game makes very good use of the time shift mechanic.
aside from that, other mechanics are basic and are just fit to keep the player focused on the right things, the environment art is beautiful

The game has a good core idea and feels mechanically polished, but the combination of genres didn’t click with me. I like both puzzles and hack-and-slash games, yet execution-based puzzles aren’t something I enjoy. They oversold on self-interaction but in the end it's only about routing. Well made overall, just not my cup of tea

really enjoy trying to figure out the best route to take and get the fastest time you can, and also giving you new spells and weapons to go back and improve your time so far i finished act 1 and the beginning of act 2, the difficulty kind of plateaus abit. the aesthetics are good aswell.

A game with a great concept. First hour will be engaging for most players as the main time rewind mechanism is a bit unique indeed. After the first hour the repetitive nature of the levels will get to you and despite the unique mechanism, every next level will be more of a chore than an exciting new challenge to beat. The mechanism and the level structure makes the game a puzzle solving experience with execution to gate keep the puzzle solution challenging. Finally some enemy variety and unique puzzle element makes many of the levels not fun to beat.

My initial take on this game, was that I didn't like the mix between puzzles and action games. But then I saw it for what it really is, and I think this is more of an adrenaline rush action kind of game.
I mean; if you want to compete for high scores (time) it will feel like a puzzle, but if you are aiming to just win (or even getting some of the time challenge rewards) will not feel so puzzley. Not in a way that different than most level-based games.
that being said, I loved the mechanics, the…
